Cotes Des Blanc Wine Yeast - Sparkling and Non-Grape. One of the most traditional aromatic strains for white wines. An excellent choice for fruity wines. COTE DES BLANC - EPERNAY 2 - For producing red, white, sparkling & non-grape fruit wines. Slow fermenting. 55-86 °F (13-30 °C) 14%. Each pack is good for up to 5 gallons of fruit must and 6 gallons of concentrate kit juice. 

Red Star active dry wine yeast. Five gram foil sachet printed with yeast variety and instructions. Each pack is good for up to 5 gallons of fruit must and 6 gallons of concentrate kit juice. MONTRACHET - All purpose. For producing full-bodied red & white wines. PASTEUR CHAMPAGNE - For producing white wines, some red wines, fruit juices & to restart stuck fermentations.
